A soothing Witch Hazel foam from Bare Mum that effectively absorbs into sensitive skin (not the pad) to assist in the healing process and relieve discomfort associated with childbirth. Directions for use: 

• 1. Cleanse the affected area using a perineal wash bottle or mild soap and warm water.
• 2. Pump foam onto a new pad after each bathroom trip, or apply directly to the perineum. No need to rinse.
• 3. Repeat as required throughout the day. Keep in the fridge for additional cooling relief. Can be used as a gentle intimate wash.
