Our trusted delivery partner, Australia Post, are working hard to ensure you receive your items as quickly as possible. Due to COVID-19 restrictions and high parcel volumes, customers may experience delivery delays that are unfortunately beyond our control.

We aim to dispatch orders daily Monday - Friday, however please allow up to 3 business days to be dispatched.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email, including tracking details. Please note the above delivery time frames are an estimation provided by our shipping provider and your location may alter these time frames slightly. Although we hope that you don't experience any delays during transit, unfortunately these may occur from time to time in which The Scouted co. cannot be held responsible.

International Shipping (outside of Australia)
We currently offer a flat rate of AU $30 for international shipping.
